Kelsey puts it simply: "human leadership is leadership that recognizes that people are human. We're all governed by emotions, values, ambitions, strengths, drivers and motivations. Those are unique to each of us. Think of them as an operating manual for every person."
In preperation you will receive access to an extensive e-learning and personal workbook. During the live training day we will further go into topics like:
